Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

What data is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email and, if you wish, company, phone, the services you are interested in, a rough budget and your message. If you write to the email address directly, also whatever you include in that email.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect browsing data (see the cookie policy).

What it is used for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you decide to hire the studio, manage the client relationship. It is not used to send you advertising, and no automated decisions are made.

Legal basis

How long it is kept

As long as needed to answer your enquiry. If we end up not working together, it is deleted within one year at most. If a service is hired, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules).

Who else processes it

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. These providers are involved in running the website and act as data processors:

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Write to contact.keko@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Floma Studio's services are aimed at businesses and professionals. If you are under 14, please do not send data through the form.
